Are you a commercially astute Managing Quantity Surveyor ready to step into a broader leadership role or an established Commercial Manager looking for a fresh challenge within a high-performing contractor?
An established and fast-growing infrastructure and civil engineering contractor is seeking a Commercial Manager to play a key role in driving commercial performance across a diverse portfolio of works in West Yorkshire.

The Role
Depending on your level, you will either step into or grow into a leadership position with responsibility for:

* Leading on contractual matters, negotiations, and risk management
* Driving cost control, forecasting, and reporting
* Supporting senior leadership in commercial strategy and business improvement

* Experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager within civil engineering, infrastructure, or contracting environments
* Strong understanding of commercial processes, contracts, and project delivery

* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness
* Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
