You’ll be in charge of a small team of electricians, ensuring the quality of their electrical inspections and repairs, as well as making sure targets are being achieved.
Responsibilities
* Countersigning certification
* Recording the results of document and site audits
* Assisting and answering any issues/questions the team have
* Reporting on team performance to ensure the smooth running of the electrical testing
* Organising and presenting toolbox talks, H&S and personnel welfare reviews
* Working closely with administrators ensuring the program of works is being adhered to; City & Guilds 2382-18 BS7671 Requirements for Electrical Installation or equivalent
Qualifications
* C&G 2391, 2394/2395 Inspection and Testing Certificate
* Adequate post qualification experience particularly in domestic and residential communal electrical systems
* Experience in carrying out EICR'S and any other testing required to carry out the role
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to deal with challenging situations
* A full driving licence
* Flexibility to work weekends if required with reasonable notice, Disability Confident
