Logistics & Shipping Coordinator (Based in Camden)

We are looking for someone who's great with data, confident with customers, and thrives on organising complex information. If you've worked in a retail or food industry office role you'll likely have the transferable skills we're looking for.
From day one, you'll support the daily operations of our Logistics & Shipping team and as you grow in confidence, you'll take on more responsibility and even cover for the Line Manager during absences.
What you'll be doing
* Own and maintain data
: Keep shipping and inventory trackers up to date in Excel and internal systems, including production dates, container information, and new stock lines.
* Coordinate shipments:
Book distributor stock, issue invoices, and work with global warehouses to manage inbound and outbound goods.
* Analyse and improve
: Use data to plan container consolidations and produce weekly reports on shipping performance, stock movement, and cost per unit.
* Communicate globally:
Liaise with distributors to provide order updates, send invoices and packing lists, and chase stock payments or collections.
* Learn shipping essentials:
Gain exposure to international shipping processes and documentation, including Certificates of Origin, FCR creation, Letters of Credit, and the correct use of Incoterms.
What we're looking for
Previous experience in an office-based role involving data manipulation and customer service
Advanced Excel skills – including
confident use of VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
, and the ability to know how and when to use them
Knowledge or experience of using Incoterms within a logistics or shipping context would be highly beneficial
Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to stay calm under pressure
Resilient, proactive, and eager to learn and develop in a growing business
