What is the opportunity?
As the Head of Business Change & Transformation, you will be accountable for the delivery of all Wealth Management Europe (WME) data, process, technology, and operating model initiatives, overseeing coordinated implementation of key change and transformation activities.
You will work with Senior Leaders to help to proactively identify and drive the change and transformation roadmap, solutions, and delivery for WME's client facing, non-client facing, and functional teams supporting business strategy, regulatory and business as usual priorities.
The role leads a direct team of circa 100 FTE/FTC Senior/Change Leads, Change Managers, Business Analysts, External Contractors, and/or Subject Matter Experts. You will be accountable for identifying and sustaining suitable internal and external resources to utilize the right mix of skills, capabilities, and expertise to ensure successful delivery against priorities.
What will you do?
* Accountable for ensuring the WME portfolio of change and transformation aligns with execution of the business strategy and delivers planned benefits.
* Accountable for leading resources to sustain an appropriate level of change and transformation capabilities to support WME businesses in the execution of the strategic and operational initiatives, anticipating obstacles and building prudent contingencies.
* As a commercially focused change leader, identify/deliver opportunities for cost optimization to enable growth and scalability.
* Operate within a prudent balance of strong governance and process whilst delivering an agile and dynamic execution capability and building a culture of perpetual improvement.
* Manages relationships with WME Senior Management and all senior stakeholders to drive consensus on the articulation, direction, and delivery of initiatives, whilst anticipating and resolving obstacles to success, deploying prudent contingencies, and mitigating risks.
* Identify and implement the design of and solutions for an integrated business, operating, and technology architecture to deliver scalable, efficient, effective and regulatory compliant operating model(s) across WME client facing, non-client facing and functional organisations.
* Leads the development of key initiatives and business improvements required to underpin and deliver on strategic objectives and drives consensus on agreeing priorities, approaches, and outcomes.
* Leads, provides, and champions thought leadership that shapes ideas and drives understanding on the implications to the WME business model and strategy.
* Leads the identification and translation of key drivers of business strategy to deliver fully functional, effective, and efficient solutions.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
* Relevant degree, formal business qualification, or significant experience working in a senior position across Programme, Project, or Change Management functions within global organisations.
* Proven experience in large/complex Programme/Change management and delivery.
* Experience in Financial Services industry with a preference from Banking/Wealth Management.
Nice-to-have
* Executive/Senior Management level presentation skills and presence.
