Floating Sales Advisor – New Homes
Location: Telford & Tamworth (Multi-site role)
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Floating Sales Advisor to support new homes developments across the Telford and Tamworth region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and adaptable sales professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales performance across various developments.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing professional sales cover across multiple new homes developments
* Delivering outstanding customer service from initial enquiry through to completion
* Managing reservations and progressing sales in line with company targets
* Conducting development tours and property viewings
* Maintaining accurate records and CRM updates
* Working closely with site teams and regional management
* Ensuring marketing suites and show homes are presented to a high standard
What We’re Looking For
* ✔ Proven experience in new homes sales (essential)
* ✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
* ✔ Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple sites
* ✔ Professional, approachable, and customer-focused
* ✔ Flexible and adaptable to varying locations
* ✔ Full UK driving licence preferred
