White Stuff – Colchester. Contract position (4 hours FTC); weekend availability may be required.
Role Summary
We’re on the hunt for seasonal Customer Hosts (Sales Assistants) to join our community of happy customers during the festive period. This role involves supporting store teams in busy shop environments, delivering a magical Christmas experience and helping customers find items that suit their needs.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers with meaningful and memorable conversations about features and benefits of products.
* Recommend and facilitate the sale of items that meet customer needs.
* Support store teams to maintain a high level of customer service during peak periods.
* Contribute to a positive, fun team environment and uphold White Stuff values.
