We are recruiting a Coordinator on a 12 month fixed term contract, offering an immediate start on a full time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage onboarding, renewals, upgrades, and resignations
* Act as the primary contact for Level 1–2 members across email, phone, and in person
* Process applications, account updates, and communications (welcome emails, newsletters, reminders)
* Work cross-functionally to deliver a consistent member experience
* Maintain accurate member data within CRM systems
* Support billing, reporting, referral programmes, and operational tasks
* Deliver professional, responsive support
* Ensure a high-quality, welcoming experience at every customer at touchpoint
Experience required:
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with members
* Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail and accurate data entry
* Proficient in CRM systems, databases, and Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel such as VLOOKUPs)
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach
* Collaborative team player with the ability to build effective relationships
* Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Self-motivated, able to work independently and continuously improve processes
* Empathetic, customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
