A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join its Private Client team.

The successful candidate will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within a busy Private Client department.
Duties will include:
* Supporting fee earners with day-to-day administrative tasks
* Managing diaries, appointments and meetings
* Opening, closing and archiving files
* Electronic filing and use of case management systems
* Handling incoming and outgoing post
* Liaising with clients both over the phone and in person
* Assisting with billing, time recording and compliance processes
* Supporting the preparation of Wills, LPAs and other Private Client documentation
* Assisting with the storage and retrieval of original legal documents
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
* Confident Microsoft Office skills
* Strong communication skills and a professional approach
* The ability to manage workloads effectively within a busy environment
* A proactive and team-focused attitude
