Connex Education are working with a successful secondary school based in Corby Glenn, Lincolnshire, part of a large and supportive trust with schools across Lincolnshire. The school has approximately 251 pupils, providing a small, close-knit learning environment.
Assignment Details
This is a full-time Science Teacher role with a preference for Physics specialists, though Science specialists will also be considered. The role is to cover sickness and could be short- or long-term, depending on the length of absence. You will be teaching pupils aged 11–16, with full planning and marking expected. Due to the school’s rural location, access to a car would be advantageous.

The Successful Candidate Will:
* Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification
* Be a Physics specialist or a strong Science specialist
* Have experience teaching Science at secondary level
* Confidently manage classroom behaviour
* Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
* Be willing to engage in ongoing professional development
* Work well under pressure and adapt quickly
* Be enthusiastic, motivated, and positive
* Be able to commute to Corby Glenn and surrounding areas
