You will be responsible for delivering expert investigations, providing clear and detailed reporting, and maintaining high standards of client serviceAssess liability, causation, quantum, and policy indemnity on a case-by-case basisConduct site visits and witness interviews to gather factual and documentary evidenceManage a diverse caseload of liability claimsQualifications required:
CII (Chartered Insurance Institute) or CILA (Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters) qualifications (or working towards them) is highly desirable but not essentialMinimum A-level education or equivalent desirable. Degree-level qualification advantageousValid UK driving licence is essentialExperience required:
Significant experience as a Senior Liability / Liability Adjuster, ideally with complex case exposureStrong knowledge of EL, PL, and Product Liability claims
