About the role
As Product Manager – Student Lifecycle Pre-enrolment, you'll lead the delivery of digital products that support prospective students from their initial application through to their arrival. Working within a cross-functional team, you'll take ownership of services that span the entire pre-enrolment experience—including application support, identity verification, onboarding, and communications. Your work will ensure a smooth, inclusive, and user-centered transition into student life, helping applicants and offer holders feel informed, welcomed, and ready to thrive
What you would be doing
As Product Manager, you'll lead the delivery and continuous improvement of digital services that support applicants and offer holders. You will:
* Own the product roadmap and backlog, aligning delivery with institutional goals and user needs.
* Lead a cross-functional squad to deliver outcomes, set priorities, and track progress.
* Refine and communicate the product vision, ensuring it reflects stakeholder input and strategic direction.
* Coordinate delivery across internal teams and vendors, ensuring quality and timely execution.
* Collaborate with researchers and designers to turn insights into actionable improvements.
* Monitor service performance and use data to drive continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with accessibility, security, and data protection standards.
* Report on progress, risks, and impact to relevant stakeholders.
What we are looking for
We're looking for a Product Manager who can lead user-centered digital delivery. You'll bring:
* Experience delivering digital products through discovery and iterative development.
* Confidence leading cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
* Strong communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
* Knowledge of agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and product tools like Jira or Miro.
* A collaborative mindset and ability to work across organisational boundaries.
* Experience in higher education or other regulated environments (desirable).

This is a full-time, open-ended post based at the Professional Services Hub in White City.
