1. Progression: Target/merit based progression with the opportunity for leadership & Director level roles
2. Commission: 10-40% of everything that you invoice. Opportunity in year 1 to earn 50k-80k

12. Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates
13. Win new business through outbound B2B sales
14. Source, interview, and place great candidates across the engineering, energy, tech, construction, and education sectors
15. Act as a trusted consultant throughout the hiring process
