Job Description:
This is a part time role, but you will need to work full time (Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:30) for the first 5 weeks during the training period.

Working Hours/ Shift Patterns: We have 3 options for part time hours. You will have the opportunity to select your preferred option if invited for an interview.
* Monday – Start at 11.30 and work for 7.5 hours
* Thursday – Start at 14.00 and work for 4 hours
* Friday – Start at 14.00 and work for 4 hours
* Saturday – Minimum of 4 hours to be completed

* Friday – Start at 14.00 and work for 4 hours
* Saturday – Maximum 7.5 hours to be completed

* Sunday – 4 hours to be completed between 9.00 – 13.00
Training: You can choose to join one of our training groups that begin on the 29th July or 19th August. The five weeks of in-office, full-time training will consist of both classroom-based and hands-on learning, after which you will apply your learning and assist our customers under the supervision of our seasoned coaches. Once you finish the 5-week intensive training, you will switch to your part-time hours and shift schedule.
Please note that no holidays are allowed during the first 7 weeks, which includes training and coaching, to ensure you develop the necessary skills and confidence.
Salary: Earn £12,740 for 19.5 hours a week, plus bonus, benefits, and potential pay rises.
Your role: Joining a busy team, you'll handle customers ending their policies and seeking renewals. Your tasks include explaining quote differences, ensuring customer comfort with their new quote, and addressing concerns to retain their business. You'll need to communicate confidently about products, provide accurate information, and ensure customer understanding to minimize callbacks.
