Customer Experience - We want someone who will shape a customer-focused store experience by leading the team to drive customer engagement and bring the brand to life. The Store Manager should also ensure the development of consumer loyalty to help build The Body Shop brand.
Delivery - Retail-related beauty expertise is highly desirable at management level. We’re looking for someone who will be able to control and meet sales and performance targets with outstanding planning and organizing skills. Our Store Managers need to have exceptional stock management skills and the ability to monitor/manage change. It is essential for our Store Managers to be confident in using the data provided to make sound commercial and business decisions to really drive sales and people. Our Store Managers must have full knowledge of the beauty market, our competitors, and a passion and love for our products!
Teamwork and People Management - Our people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re particularly interested in individuals who can lead and work as part of a team and react quickly to problems. Our managers need to be outstanding communicators and competent in managing the team according to the store and customer needs. We seek flexible and responsible role models capable of attracting and retaining people who reflect the brand. Managers must be able to identify high potential, develop current team members to a high standard.
