Insight Global is looking for a Digital & IT Senior Analyst to work on-site at one of our leading manufacturing clients in Loughborough. As a Digital & IT Senior Analyst you are expected to be an advanced professional in business analytics and business processes, responsible for maintaining and supporting the end users and workstation environment at the facilities. The role provides installation, maintenance, and general support of hardware and software and supports end users with advanced questions or problems by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems. The Senior IT analyst will help support a variety of IT processes and manufacturing applications, that are critical to day-to-day business operations.
Must haves:
* Hands on IT Infrastructure or System experience dealing with troubleshooting, maintaining and fixing IT hardware and software, such as servers, printers, networks and PC reimaging
* Recent experience as an IT Project Engineer or IT Business Analyst with exposure to analysing data to map up a plan to achieve long term targets for the IT Systems team
* Comfortable dealing with ServiceNow ticketing, documentation and dashboards to analyse and run data assessments to achieve efficiency objectives
* Demonstrated leadership desire or previous leadership experience
* Strong understanding and prior experience of the project life cycle and following a project framework
* Within projects:
* Demonstrated ability to run risk assessments, report on change management, and technical requirements
* The ability to present and translate IT risks into a wider business risk to senior leadership
* Experience working with stage gate processes and in an agile environment
* Excellent verbal communications to present/translate IT risks into a wider business risk to senior leadership in a structured and clear way
* Strong MS Office skills to make presentations on findings and analysis using Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or technology-related field of study
Plusses:
* Previous experience working in a Manufacturing environment
* Experience with Azure DevOps
* Exposure to business analyse practises and techniques using tools such as Power BI
* Certifications:
* ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, CompTIA A+
