Location: Cribbs Causeway, Bristol/ Milton Keynes/ Warrington/ Wellington, Somerset
Salary: £55,000 + 20% OTE

About your role as a Bid Manager:

You will be responsible for identifying potential bid opportunities, assessing their alignment with Synertec’s strategic objectives. You will collaborate across internal teams and stakeholders to develop a bid strategy to include win themes, value propositions and pricing strategies. You maintain an understanding of social value trends including customer proxy values and requirements, national themes, outcomes, and measures to develop company social value strategies accordingly.
