Bank Project Worker

GBP 14.68 per hour



Hours as and when required

The role of Bank Project Worker will include:

:Regularly assessing the needs of customers by writing and updating support plans, and signposting access to education, training, and employment
stylelist:style:type:disc:
:Supporting customers in their day to day living i.e., with cooking and cleaning
:Offering advice in relation to fulfilling tenancy conditions
:Assisting customers with managing finances and welfare benefits
stylelist:style:type:disc:
:Encouraging social inclusion and helping customers to build their confidence, resilience, and self:esteem
stylelist:style:type:disc:
:Ensuring Sanctuary Supported Living delivers its safeguarding responsibilities


Skills and experiences:

stylelist:style:type:disc:
:Proven experience of working with vulnerable people
:A positive approach to working with young people who have a range of needs
:Good interpersonal and customer care skills, with an approachable attitude
:Effective communication skills
stylelist:style:type:disc:
:Sound knowledge of action/support planning, key working, risk assessment and safeguarding
:Ability to work on your own initiative
:Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel or similar
:NVQ3 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards
