We are seeking a high-calibre FP&A Consultant with strong experience working within a private equity environment to support in building best-in-class financial planning and analysis capabilities.
The business is embarking on a buy & build strategy and current revenue is c£50m
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you will design and implement robust long-term planning models, enhance reporting visibility, and provide actionable insight to senior leadership and investors.
You will work closely with CFO and investment director, and investment teams to drive performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain fully integrated three-statement financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
* Develop dynamic 3–5+ year long-range planning models
* Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes
* Support board and investor reporting requirements
* Develop and enhance 13-week cash flow forecasts
* Improve financial visibility and KPI tracking across the business
* Partner with operational teams to translate strategy into financial outcomes
Technical Requirements
* Advanced financial modelling expertise (three-statement integration essential)
* Strong Private Equity environment experience (portfolio company or fund-side exposure)
* Advanced Power BI skills, including:
* Strong Excel and financial systems capability
* Experience working with senior stakeholders and investors

* Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior leadership
