There's no reactive work so you won't be chasing emergency repairs and you'll have the security of a long-term contract. You'll also get the chance to step into supervision if that's where you want to go next, as the business is expanding and regularly promotes from within.
What You'll Do:
Take on a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, using your skills across different trades to keep work interesting and build your expertise even further. You'll get regular paid training and upskilling to keep your tickets valid and add to your skillset.
* Carry out carpentry repairs, including door and window fixes
* Handle rendering and brick repairs to keep buildings sound
* Use plastering and painting to finish off repairs properly
* Manage minor pointing and masonry repairs
* Work directly with contractors and tenants to keep things running smoothly
What You'll Need:
* A Full UK Driver's Licence
* Experience in social housing or residential construction
* Good Health & Safety knowledge
