Domiciliary Care Branch Manager
Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk
Salary: £45,000 per year
Type: Permanent, Salaried

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage branch staff, creating a positive and supportive environment
* Take part in the branch on-call rota, managing incidents, emergencies, safeguarding concerns, and service continuity
* Oversee scheduling, client intake, care planning, and service coordination
* Ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards, and risk management
* Build strong relationships with clients and the local community
* Monitor branch performance, budgets, KPIs, and identify growth opportunities
Skills and Experience
* Previous management experience in a domiciliary care setting is essential
* Strong business acumen with a drive to grow the service
* Knowledge of CQC standards
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
Education
* Minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
