Following significant growth over recent years, they are now looking to expand their team with the addition of an experienced and detail-oriented Paraplanner/Technical Analyst.

The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Financial Planners through technical research, financial analysis and the preparation of high-quality financial planning recommendations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting detailed financial analysis, including reviewing client income, assets, liabilities and objectives
* Using financial planning software to model scenarios and projections
* Researching investment products, funds and financial planning strategies
* Assisting Financial Planners in the creation of comprehensive financial plans
* Supporting the wider team with client servicing and administrative duties where required
* Managing and maintaining accurate client data and records
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes
* Communicating with clients to gather information and clarify objectives
* Collaborating closely with Advisers, providers and colleagues to deliver an excellent client experience
* Sharing technical knowledge and best practice with the wider team
What Our Client Is Looking For
* Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent qualification
* Advanced qualifications such as Chartered Financial Planner, Advanced Diploma, or CFP are advantageous
* Previous experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar technical role within financial services
* Strong understanding of financial planning, investment products and industry regulations
* Experience using financial planning software and research tools
* Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* A proactive and collaborative approach to work
* Passion for delivering outstanding client outcomes
