Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting residents personal hygiene while respecting their independence and dignity
* Identifying and reporting clinical risks promptly
