Salary: £61,633 + London Weighting (£3,344 if applicable) per annum

A Day in the life of our Finance Business Partner
This role, part of the Financial Planning and Performance team, provides finance business partnering for BRC's Middle East, North Africa, Europe, and Asia regions. Working closely with the International Accounting team, you'll deliver high-quality financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for management and donor proposals. As the finance lead for these regions, you'll ensure compliance with financial standards, working with in-country finance managers handling daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Business partnering: Deliver insights and challenge spend decisions, supporting teams' decision-making with commercial and financial analysis.
* Budgeting and forecasting: Develop forecasting capabilities and adopt new technologies to enhance efficiency and insight.
* Financial reporting: Improve reporting quality and efficiency using dashboards and stakeholder reviews.
* Financial risk management: Keep management updated on risks and provide mitigation recommendations.

This role might be for you if...
* You are a CCAB qualified accountant with knowledge of accounting standards.
* You can build effective relationships internally and externally.
* You have keen attention to detail, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
* You are highly proficient in Excel, Word, and financial systems; experience with Agresso, SAP, or similar is advantageous.
* You can manage large projects and activities.
* You have experience working in multidisciplinary teams within complex organisations.
* You are passionate about making a positive impact aligned with our mission.
