The Role:
1. Carrying out housing applications
2. Working with both internal and external stakeholders
3. Working within a team to meet organisational goals
4. Replying to emails/calls
5. Helping identify emergency accommodation for homeless applicants
Hours of work:
6. Monday to Friday 0900-1700
Requirements:
7. HNC/HND or equivalent/higher qualification in an administrative related field AND 1 years' experience in a clerical/administrative role
8. OR
9. 4 GCSEs at grades A-C including English Language and Mathematics or equivalent/higher qualification AND 2 years' experience in a clerical/administrative role
10. OR
11. 5 years' experience in a clerical/administrative role
12. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
13. Well developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and complete tasks within tight deadlines
14. Ability to use own initiative
15. Excellent communication skills both written and oral to meet the needs of the post
