The school provides education outside of a mainstream setting for young people with high-functioning behavioural needs. They are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to work closely with students to encourage positive behaviour, build emotional regulation skills, and promote active engagement in learning. The successful candidate will collaborate with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to deliver tailored support strategies that help each learner build confidence, resilience, and the skills needed to succeed in their GCSE studies within a calm and nurturing environment. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver 1:1 and small-group support to help students with behavioural and emotional regulation, focusing primarily on KS3 pupils. Work closely with teachers, therapists, and SEN staff to implement and reinforce positive behaviour strategies across the school.
