The Role
You will work closely with the Art teaching team to ensure the smooth and safe running of all practical lessons. Key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing materials and resources for lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Maintaining and organising Art equipment, tools, and storage areas
* Supporting safe use of specialist equipment and materials
* Assisting teachers during practical sessions where appropriate
* Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and handling deliveries
* Supporting with GCSE and coursework preparation
* Helping to install displays and prepare work for exhibitions and open evenings
* Maintaining health and safety standards within all working areas
This is a hands-on, varied role requiring excellent organisation, flexibility, and attention to detail.
