This is a newly created position managing a team of HR Business Partners and an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work within an evolving business driving visible change & transformation to build a strategically aligned and high performing People team.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this is a senior leadership position with significant scope and impact, playing a central role in turning people strategy into consistent, high-quality delivery that drives organisational performance, engagement and capability. Sitting on the HR SLT, the role will shape organisation wide people priorities and ensure HR Business Partners operate as trusted, commercially astute advisors to executive and senior leaders. The role carries responsibility for ensuring all people activity aligns with organisational values, supports a positive employee experience and complies with UK employment legislation and governance requirements.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for the People function, setting clear direction, standards and expectations across HR Business Partnering while also setting the strategic agenda for Compensation & Benefits and People Analytics.
