As an HSEQ Advisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality systems and practices, contributing to our long-term HSEQ excellence. Day-to-day of the role: Develop, review, and update HSEQ policies and procedures annually.Manage safety documentation and the company's legislative register.Maintain annual HSEQ reporting sheets and monthly management reports.Oversee the internal audit schedule, conduct internal audits, and assist with external audits.Lead the review and update of company risk assessments and undertake COSHH assessments.Assist with investigations following incidents and ensure outcomes are communicated effectively.Act as a role model for a strong health and safety culture, create safety alerts, and communicate updates.Manage client portals and ensure compliance with environmental measurements for head office. Required Skills & Qualifications: Auditing certification (e.g., BATALAS).Detailed knowledge of management systems, standards, and policy writing.Strong communication and organisational skills.Knowledge and understanding of HSE law.Ability to make informed decisions, solve problems, and work proactively. Desirable Qualifications: NEBOSH qualification.IOSH Working Safely / SMSTS.CCNSG / ECS Card.First Aid training.Knowledge of HV & LV systems or power distribution.
