Role: Plumber
Pay:£18.16 per hour
Location: HMP Winchester, Romsey Rd, Winchester SO22 5DF
Duration: 6 months +
Typical Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Join an experienced facilities team at HMP Winchester as a Plumber, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the plumbing systems within the prison.
Your skills will contribute to the effective delivery of planned and preventative maintenance across the facility.
Duties of the Plumber Include (but are not limited to):
1. Fault finding and rectification to maintain site service levels at all times.
2. Completing plumbing installations, testing, and commissioning in line with statutory regulations and Health and Safety procedures.
3. Carrying out allocated planned maintenance and small repairs as per service requests from the computer-aided facilities management system.
4. Maintaining regular communication via radio in accordance with LSS protocols.
