We're looking for a Corporate Insurance Manager to join our Audit & Risk team within the Finance & Strategy division. This role is pivotal in managing Virgin Media O2's insurance programs, including end-to-end policy renewals across 17 policies, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring coverage aligns with business needs. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners, negotiate terms, manage compliance, and deliver informative reporting. Based in Paddington or Reading with hybrid working, this is a fantastic opportunity to influence risk management at scale.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
* Proven experience managing multiple commercial insurance lines and policy renewals.
* Strong understanding of insurance coverage terms, limitations, and contractual obligations.
* Advanced data analysis and reporting skills using Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with confidence in influencing at all levels.
* Solid knowledge of contractual and legal principles related to insurance
The other stuff we are looking for
* Professional qualification (ACII or equivalent).
* Experience in claims management or investigation coordination.
* Familiarity with insurer audits and risk assessments.
* Track record of driving process improvements and employing technology.
* Exposure to large, sophisticated organisations or regulated environments.
