The Package
4. £30,000-£32,000 basic salary

The Role
As a Graduate Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for growing sales across a defined geographical patch covering the South East.
You'll spend most of your time:
11. Meeting independent plumbing and heating merchants face-to-face
12. Building long-term relationships and becoming their preferred supplier
13. Increasing account spend and identifying new sales opportunities
Typically, you'll be out in the field 3-4 days per week, with the remaining time spent working from home.
You'll receive extensive onboarding, shadowing, and on-the-job coaching, alongside a fully funded sales apprenticeship during your first 12 months.

17. Confident communicator who enjoys meeting customers face-to-face
