Are you a Romanian speaking Mortgage Broker looking for a steady flow of quality leads?
We’re working with a growing brokerage in Grays looking to add an adviser to service warm, pre-qualified enquiries from a strong local client base.
Potential opportunity to lead a team as the business grows.
Responsibilities:
* Work qualified, warm leads – no cold calling
* Support clients through the full mortgage journey
* Strong demand from the Romanian-speaking community
* Genuine opportunity to build consistent earnings
Experience required:
* Fluent Romanian & English
* Minimum 12 months UK mortgage advisory experience
* CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
* Confident handling clients from enquiry to completion
Up to £35k Basic + Uncapped Commission
