I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Scrum Master to join their team
Job Description
As Scrum Master, your main responsibilities are:
* Coaching the team to understand the Scrum framework and practices
* Guiding the team through execution of the Scrum practices, to deliver outcomes prioritized by the Scrum Product Owner
* Helping ensure that goals and scope are clear for the team
* Identifying tools for Product Backlog management
* Supporting team's efforts to create high value product
Qualifications / Skills needed
* Experience of managing projects & backlogs, in tools such as Confluence & JIRA
* Scrum Master certification is desirable
* Automotive experience
* Project Management
* University Batchelors Degree
