Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: UK Wide
Salary: GBP 50,000 - GBP 55,000 Basic, Plus Uncapped Commission (OTE GBP 70k - GBP 75k)

We have a fantastic new opportunity available for a Sales Manager to join a well-established, high performing manufacturer of Construction Machinery. This is a brand with a strong reputation, product offering, and established customer base. You will promote both new and used machinery sales across the UK, be part of a close-knit team, receive product training, and have the potential to earn well based on performance.
Responsibilities
* Manage, retain, and develop relationships with a new and existing customer base
* Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, site visits, and strategic outreach
* Deliver high levels of customer service on behalf of the company, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved
* Present and promote the full range of products and services tailored to the clients’ needs
* Attend trade shows and industry events, monitor market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Capital Equipment Sales role across the Construction Equipment Markets (willing to consider backgrounds in Construction Plant, Powered Access, Crane, Material Handling, or Agriculture)
* Willing to travel UK wide
* Hold a UK driving licence
