Job Summary
As Sous Chef you'll be right in the action in our kitchen, serving as second in command to our Head Chef and stepping up when they are not on shift.
Key Responsibilities
* Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
* Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
* Accountable for running the line during service.
* Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team, helping to develop their skills.
* Maintain the highest standards of food and service.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Sous Chef, Head Chef or experienced Commis Chef in a similar branded environment.
