The Role
* Guidance: Provide one-to-one careers advice and scholarly guidance to students across Key Stages 4 and 5.
* Engagement: Build partnerships with local employers, universities, and colleges to offer diverse opportunities for students.
* Curriculum Support: Help integrate careers education into the wider school curriculum with professional excellence.
* Reporting: Track student destinations and provide technical support for statutory careers reporting and Gatsby Benchmark compliance.
