Summary
Due to increasing numbers, we are seeking a passionate qualified Nursery Practitioners to become part of our team here at Stepping Stones Montessori Nursery.
In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children, supporting their developmental milestones and fostering a love for learning.
This is a full time or part time role working between hrs per week. Hours of work are 8am - 6pm.
Please note we are not on a bus route so you must be able to reliably travel to the nursery each day.
Responsibilities
* Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's learning and development.
* Provide high-quality childcare in a safe and nurturing environment.
* Observe and assess children's progress, adapting activities to meet their individual needs.
* Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's development and well-being.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive team atmosphere.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization within the nursery setting.
Requirements
* Experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is essential.
* Childcare or Early Years Qualification (NVQ Level 2 or Level 3)
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* A passion for childcare and supporting children's growth.
