A fantastic opportunity on a 12 month basis to drive repeat leads by implementing the retention strategies across this prestigious company, with a focus on continuously developing the customer touchpoint journey. Key Responsibilities * Interrogate transactional data via the Single Customer View platform and non-transactional data from research to identify and scale opportunities to improve customer retention * Develop and execute programmes to relevant customer segments (including but not limited to new, active, lapsing, lapsed and non-booking segments) * Advise on best customer segments to target in both DM and email activity, and accurately select the data from the Single Customer View * Analyse customer journeys (including both marketing and sales stages) and create new and/or alternatives touchpoints to drive both leads and conversion * Develop, execute, evaluate and continuously improve automated email campaigns to drive lead generation and/or aid sales conversion and/or nurture customer relationships * Work closely with the Digital Acquisition team and share key customer insights, to aid the team in acquiring new customers * Be proactive in working positively and effectively across the wider marketing team and other functions across the business About you * Basic experience of using a Single Customer View * Experience in customer retention work, with an understanding of customer lifecycle touc...
