Responsibilities:
1. Event Planning: Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics for various types of events.
2. Client Relations: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure all their needs are met throughout the planning process.
3. On-Site Coordination: Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly and as planned.
4. Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback from clients and participants to assess event success and areas for improvement.
Ideal Candidate:
* Has a background in events
* Experience hosting events such as conferences, banquets, and weddings
Pay & Working Hours:
Rate of Pay: £31,941 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8am - 5pm. Event overtime on weekends paid at 1.5x, but very rarely required.
