Pay rate:£12.21 per hour | weekly pay, every Friday
Schedule:Monday- Friday, Weekends,There will be a£10 shift allowance added for working a Saturday and £20 for a Sunday
Smart Solutions are looking to recruit a?Site Operative?to join the team based across various sites across Somerset mainly covering Somerton. The job is active social and manual. You are also required to work in all weather conditions.
The?Site Operative?will assist with the day to day running of a busy Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) where you will assist facility users in the disposal and segregation of waste and recyclable materials.
Requirements:
1. Basic understanding of environmental permitting requirements and health and safety practices.
2. Basic knowledge of minor construction and repair work that could be needed on HWRC sites.
3. Adaptable interpersonal skills.
4. Good numeric, written and IT skills.
5. Previous experience within the waste industry preferred but not essential
