You will be the central point of contact for incoming maintenance requests, ensuring efficient coordination between engineers, contractors, and site teams. This role is key to ensuring smooth building operations, fast response times, and high-quality service delivery.
Essential:
Experience in a helpdesk, FM, or customer service environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Good IT skills (Microsoft Office; CAFM systems desirable)
Customer-focused and professional approachCore skills required
