As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living needs, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. You’ll work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care in residential, nursing, or community settings.
Role: Care Assistant
Location: Falkirk/Stirling
Pay: Up to £15.25 per hour
Hours: Flexible – be in control of when and where you work!
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Supporting with mobility and physical activity
* Monitoring and recording health conditions
* Engaging with service users to provide emotional support and companionship
* Assisting with meals and hydration
* Ensuring a safe and clean environment
* For Support Workers – administering medication
This is an agency-based role where you will have the ability to work in different locations across Fife. Please note that we do not offer sponsorship.
