Locum Property Solicitor / Legal Executive (NQ – 2 PQE)
Devon | £45–£65 per hour | 3–6 Month Contract approx.
A well-regarded, purpose-led law firm in Devon is seeking a Locum Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to support their team on an initial 3–6 month contract.
The Role:
* Managing a caseload of commercial and residential property matters
* Drafting and negotiating leases and transfers
* Conducting title reviews and Land Registry work
* Working both independently and as part of a supportive team
Requirements:
* NQ – 2 years’ PQE in property law
* Experience handling residential and/or commercial property matters
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Details:
* £45–£65 per hour (DOE)
* Ideally full-time, though a minimum of 3 days per week will be considered
* Immediate start preferred
