What Your Days Will Look Like
* Oversee quality reviews for a portfolio of large and complex fund clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Collaborate with senior colleagues to manage team operations, including people, finances, technology, and marketing, while supporting transitions of work into the compliance team.
* Provide tax technical guidance and specialist input on technology development to enhance fund compliance processes, and identify consulting opportunities arising from compliance work.
* Work closely with advisory teams to promote the compliance offering in the market and deliver integrated client solutions.
This Role Is For You If
* ATT, CTA, AAT or ACA qualified or international equivalent.
* Experienced reviewer of private equity and/or real estate fund compliance in the following areas: Partnership computations and returns and Investor Reporting.
* Experience with general partner corporate tax returns.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
* Excellent interpersonal skills both oral and written.
