Job Purpose
As a Corporate Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complex and high-value commercial claims. You will act as the key liaison between clients, insurers, loss adjusters, and legal representatives to ensure timely and fair resolution of claims, while maintaining the highest levels of customer service and compliance.
Corporate Claims Handler - Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and process claims across various commercial lines including property, liability, motor fleet, cyber, and professional indemnity.
2. Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients throughout the life of a claim.
3. Provide proactive claims advice and support, including guidance on policy cover, claim notification, and documentation.
4. Liaise effectively with insurers, loss adjusters, solicitors, and third parties to ensure prompt and fair settlement.
