Location: Maidstone (Office-Based) | Projects across London & the South East
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Package
Hill McGlynn is proud to be working with a well-established and growing specialist contractor within the drylining sector to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable business with a strong pipeline of projects across London and the South East.
Our client delivers high-quality drylining packages across a range of commercial and residential developments and is seeking a confident and capable Contracts Manager with proven industry experience to oversee multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing multiple drylining projects from pre-construction through to completion
* Managing site teams, subcontractors, and project programmes
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Monitoring health & safety and ensuring compliance across all sites
* Reporting on project progress and commercial performance
Requirements:
* Essential: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the drylining sector
* Strong knowledge of drylining systems, processes, and project delivery
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects across London and the South East
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
