Senior Implementation Consultant Hybrid | Belfast A leading SaaS organisation in the supply chain and technology space, is looking for an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to lead enterprise-scale warehouse management system (WMS) deployments for global retail and logistics organisations. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you'll lead complex implementations from discovery through go-live, working closely with project managers, technical teams, and senior client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of mission-critical warehouse solutions. You'll play a key role in driving customer success, shaping delivery best practices, and influencing product innovation while working on large-scale international implementations. What You'll Be Doing Lead end-to-end WMS implementations including discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support Run client workshops to map warehouse and supply chain processes and translate requirements into functional solutions Act as the senior advisor to client stakeholders, ensuring implementations align with scope, quality, and commercial commitments Work closely with Project Managers and Engineering teams to deliver successful deployments Support UAT, testing strategies, and troubleshooting during implementation phases Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution design, RFP responses, and product demonstrations Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery methodologies and best practices Key Requirements 5+ years' experience implementing WMS solutions, with multiple full lifecycle go-lives Strong consulting background delivering enterprise software implementations Solid understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes Experience working with Tier 1 customers and senior stakeholder groups Strong SQL skills for reporting, data validation, and troubleshooting Knowledge of system integrations, data flows, and enterprise architecture Experience working within structured delivery frameworks (Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall) Comfortable operating in global delivery environments across time zones Why Apply?
