Role Overview
The Business Change Analyst will support the delivery of the fares and ticketing workstream within a rail integration programme, ensuring agreed customer, fares, and retail propositions are delivered.

* Worked on Retail projects
* Card payment projects/Retail Payments experience
* Integration projects (card payments/Rail)
* Worked within the rail & transport industry
