The Role
As a Front of House Manager, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and team. Your role involves coaching and developing your team, driving restaurant performance, and delivering excellent results.
Responsibilities
* Support and develop your team to maintain high standards and deliver excellent service.
* Plan and manage shifts to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
* Manage labour and rotas, understanding the financial performance of the restaurant.
* Celebrate successes and recognize individual needs within your team.
Candidate Requirements
* Passionate about supporting and developing your team.
* Experienced in shift planning and team coaching.
* Knowledge of managing labour and understanding financial metrics.
