Our retail client is looking for a CRM Manager to own their CRM, retention, and customer communications strategy—and make a real impact! You’ll lead the email and mobile marketing plan, track key KPIs, and build long-term, profitable relationships with customers. Working alongside the Insight Analyst, you’ll manage, develop, and mine the customer database to uncover insights, boost engagement, and improve marketing performance. What we’re looking for: Minimum 3 years’ experience in online CRM marketing, ideally within fashion or retail Proven track record in managing retention and CRM programmes and database management Hands-on experience building workflows within a CRM system Strong knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics) and expert in Excel, Word, PowerPoint Analytical mindset with creativity to deliver exceptional customer experiences This is your chance to shape how our client connects with their customers and take their CRM to the next level!
